Our basic principle is that a healthy diet leads to an improved sense of well-being of the person.

In our kitchen we use mainly fresh products of the vegetable garden and farm, including extra - virgin olive oil produced by us.

Offered dishes are simple and firmly related to Venetian tradition especially from Verona area, according to the seasonality of the products.

Our "strong suit" is the starter Home-made based on sausages, oil packed-vegetables and cheese from Alpine hut and Cheese Factory from Verona area.

Our dishes are: boiled with pearà, braised, roast, fricassee with polenta and simple but tasty first courses like risottos and pastas. All our dishes are served with home-made pizza and focaccia.

At the end of the meal, our chefs prepare traditional and no-traditional desserts in order to satisfy adults and children’s requirements.

We are pleased to offer typical and simple dishes related to our food tradition and according to the seasonality of the products to satisfy adults and children’s requirements.

We offer also vegetarian and special menu for celiac people.
